Scheduling an appointment with Tranquil Haven is simple and convenient. We offer multiple booking options to accommodate the busy schedules of parents and guardians.
How to Book an Appointment?
- Online Booking: Use our secure website to schedule a consultation anytime, anywhere.
- Phone Call: Call us at (850) 567-9707 to speak with our staff and find a time that works best for you.
- Email Requests: Reach out via schedule@mytranquilhaven.org for appointment availability and inquiries.
What to Expect During Your First Visit?
- A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand their mental health needs.
- A detailed discussion with parents/guardians about symptoms, concerns, and medical history.
- The development of a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or resiliency building skills and lifestyle recommendations


Preparation for your first Online appointment
- Fill out all documents emails to you from Tranquil Haven 48 hrs prior to appointment
- Log onto your patient portal prior to your appointment and fill out the necessary information
- Have a list of all the medications and supplements your child takes
- Make payment for service prior to checking in
- Have a quiet room in the house with good lighting
- Have fully charged computer, phone or tablet ready for the 90 minute intake.
- Initial visit would start with patient and parent. We will discuss the flow of the visit within the first few minutes of the encounter
Fee’s & Insurance
We are a fee for service practice. Superbills are provided to you, which you could submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Billing & Payment Options
- Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, zelle or paypal
- HSA & FSA accounts may be used for eligible services
