Tranquil Haven is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and compassionate environment for all families. Our policies ensure that every client receives the highest level of care while maintaining privacy, safety, and ethical standards.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • We require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointment will be charged a full amount.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All patient records are confidential and protected under HIPAA regulations.
  • We do not share patient information without written consent, except in cases of legal or safety concerns.

Medication Refills & Emergency Care

  • Medication refill requests should be submitted 72 hours before running out.
  • For urgent mental health crises, we recommend contacting 988 or a local emergency service immediately.

Behavioral Expectations & Code of Conduct:

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior towards staff and other clients.

  • Parents and guardians are expected to participate actively in their child’s treatment journey.

At Tranquil Haven, our policies are designed to protect the well-being of our clients , their families and staff; while ensuring the highest quality of pediatric psychiatric care.
